JOANNES FLORIST - BIRMINGHAM, WE

I got married in November and went to Joannes for my flowers, the staff were very helpful and friendly when i went in to order my flowers,and they even arranged for specialist flowers to be bought in. I had 3 bridesmaid bouquets a flowergirl wand, 10 buttonholes a brides bouquet that was better than i could of imagined making my special day more memorable:0) Thanks Jo and team will definatey be recommending to everyone x

Jo provided the flowers and the catering for my Grans funeral. At what was a sad time she was helpful and understanding and made suggestions which were very helpful.

The flowers were presented beautifully and delivered on time. Joanne's catering dept provided a buffet for 30 people with everyone commenting on its high standard.

Myself and my brother would have no problem in recommending Joanne's florist for any occasion, many thanks for helping the day run smoothly

I really think my rose bouquet was lush ...they lasted a long time and i was really lucky ..thank you joannes

I have known J. for many years so when we got married she was our first choice for flowers.
HOW WRONG!
The flowers arrived after many excuses LATE and dead.
They were completely not what we ordered we asked for hand tied posies with diamonties and gold ribbons.
We got different coloured diamonties and ribbons.
Also pins sticking out which ripped one of the brides maids dresses.
So we had no pictures with flowers in on our WEDDING DAY.
We went and explained our disappointment to J. and her attitude was shameful.
Long story short.
