Now under new management, always three members of staff to serve and sometimes more. Staff friendly and informative.
Unbelievable rudeness from one of the staff! I was waiting in the queue for a minimum of 15 minutes. When a counter became available the person behind the counter served someone who had just walked in stating these words to me 'it's banking!' What does that mean? Does it mean that if you have 'banking' you can jump the queue? That you are someone special? No explanation apart from the person who normally does the 'banking' was on 'dinner'! No wonder the post offices are being closed down and quite rightly so! Who needs them anyway! I will go elsewhere next time! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
Brilliant friendly post office . great members of staff, just wish people would stand in the queue properly and not moan about people in front of them, we are all there to be served, be patient lol
