Delivered on time.... collected on time. Trouble is it was slightly overloaded, so instead of them telling me, leaving a note or even better, leaving the skip, they emptied half of it all over my drive, then dragged the skip over it. So now I'm left with half a skip on my drive and a damaged drive. Didn't seem to care when I called to complain either.
I can not rectify my previous review but, much to our amazement, we had a call this morning and for the upset caused, they will fix the wall and refund us the money for the last skip. Happy with this result now, even though the initial process caused a lot of stress to the whole family!
