How can a package to Botswana from Zimbabwe be sent via France now stuck at feltham. Important documents for that matter. Poor service after 7 days am suing fedex if i dont get my package
My pkg was to be delivered today, August 31. It is stuck at Feltham, MI. If I had read the reviews of pkgs been stuck here I would have gone UPS, for faster delivery. It was urgent that the pkg was to have gotten to the destination by Sept 1, which is why I paid the higher fee.
FEDEX is a complete fraud. You take money to courier a package by international priority which will take max 7 days, then package gets stuck in Feltham for 3 weeks and when u call them they use COVID as an excuse meanwhile you’re main competitor DHL is couriering to Ghana. This is complete fraud. You don’t take money and promise to deliver a service at a certain time and date and start making excuses. I am considering legal action because my documents are very important and are delaying
