waited in all day for a parcel only to find when contacted sender that parcel force could not find address. £10 wasted on postage plus 30 mile round trip to collect from depot. only live in village with 50 houses on 1 road 1/2 mile long how hard can it be! useless company.

Worst ever delivery company i have ever used. Customer service is simply useless, they simply don't care. Horrible experience. I now leave a note to any seller i buy goods from asking not to use parcelforce.

Abusive customer care, i had to put the phone down, someone was having a very miserable day, so sad.

brilliant service, delivery man very polite, arrived when expected, cannot understand the complaints, but in true british style people only complain when they are not happy, the 10000s of happy customers keep quite, so if parcel force have 3 unhappy customers and millions of happy ones, then they cannot be that bad,i will use them,no bothr

This company is without doubt the most incompetent.
So much so, I think most of the employees have'nt worked out that they're paid to deliver parcels.
Telephone Service is a rip-off 08 number which gives no help, just designed to keep you waiting to empty your wallet, only.
Service charges are extortionate, theft would be an apt description.
ParcelFarce will soon be history, do yourself and others a favour, use another Company, this is THE WORST.
I wanted to give Zero stars, but must give at least one to post.
The whole system is corrupt.
