These guys are a rare thing. they are very good at what they do, great to deal with, offer great value and are honest.

I took my laptop into them not having a clue what was wrong with it other than I couldn’t get it to work. On the next day they took a look at it got back to me and told me it was quite simple for them to fix therefore they were only going to charge me a small amount for the engineer’s time. They could easily have charged me more without me suspecting any was untoward.

My computer problems were fixed in a quick and efficient manner. Staff were helpful and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Brilliant in every way. It is no surprise that such a store has flourished in what is a small town such as Burscough for so long. It is simply down to fantastic customer service, advice, products and prices from day one. Ken and his team simply cant do enough to help with any query that you have. My son bought a gaming PC that they built bespoke for him that goes beyond anything you would find for treble the price elsewhere. And the help and empathy displayed was world class. Ken and John went out of their way to make sure it was everything he needed and they have gained a customer for life! They really do care about their customers and it shows!
