PRIMEPRINT LTD - URMSTON, GR

I phoned for a quote then paid them a visit a few days later. Yes they can embroider the logo I showed them but I would have to pay a £20 set up fee because they have to send the design off to Brother to get a configuration file that can be read by the machine. Apparently it is a non-standard Brother format. I'm certain that I've visited similar embroiderers in the past and they could scan any design and make the item while you wait. Clearly these places have more professionally made machines than PrimePrint. I would go to another embroiderers but I don't have transport at the moment so I have to make do with what is available in the local area. However I won't be paying the £20 setup fee on top of the cost of the item I wanted embroidered. I wish the person I spoke to originally at PrimePrint had mentioned the £20 setup fee - I wouldn't have bothered wasting my time going. Also I'm forced to give 1 star when I want to award no stars. Also they are closed on Saturday.
