This company is dreadful. I ordered 500 cards from them, they sent less than half a later than agreed. ALL PRINTED DIFFERENT DESIGN TO MINE. They acknowledged their mistake, but refused to refund my money. I'm trying to get through a manager for a week now, but the customer service is stonewalling me. They are lying on the phone and even in person. now they just hung up on me every time I try to speak with somebody. Their terms is simply illegal by English law as they state that 'they can't be held liable' for any kind of mistakes, not even breach of contract or negligence. Disgusting people, avoid them at all cost. I'm still trying to get my money back because this is unacceptable.
