I’m aware we are working and living in difficult times, but a smile and friendly service really does go a long way.
When I visited the shop, my order was taken, but no real passion/friendliness was experienced (unlike, with the previous owner).
Collected flowers from them yesterday, and the flowers were great.
Guys I know times are tough, but we all have to smile and get through hard times together.

I found Petals on the website. The family run company absolutely wonderful. The letter mum I got for my mums funeral on 4th July also for nan and a lovely display of flowers for on the casket. I could not have asked for any better. I could not fault them at all. I also got a bunch of flowers for me from the family with their condolences that are still in bloom. Thank you Petals. I think the people that run PETALS florist in Meads Lane Ilford are simply the best. They come across as genuine, caring and honest people. I have only been there a couple of times to order flowers for neighbours funerals and nothing is too much trouble for them. It doesn't matter if you have £25.00 or £250 to spend, you get the same helpful treatment from them. They do not try to pressurise you into to ordering something that you possibly cannot afford. Infact they ask you how much you would like to spend and show you a number of different options that you can get for your money. The flowers are beautiful and last a long time. I ordered a pillow to be sent today. It was from myself and few other neighbours, it was absolutely beautiful, in my opinion it was the best floral arrangement there. It was the only one from PETALS and it really stood out ! Well done PETALS you really deserve to get on well in your business.
