Absolutely useless,staff keep you waiting instead of ringing the bell and getting another staff member. Worse decision in history letting this lot take over. Staff also seem to have an attitude some of them,funnily enough the older ones.They also don't seem to be trained up properly. The shop seems to take priority over the post office.
