I had a horrendous experience with this company who were like dealing with a bunch of sharks. My effects got damaged and I paid out an awful lot of money for my storage. I found mouse droppings and in many of my boxes and the stuff was stored in an insecure, damp and horrible location inside their large shed. Don't use this company or you will regret it. I asked for compensation but they got really nasty. They should not still be trading. A friend of mine had a similar experience.
Damp storage facility caused my leather 3 piece suite plus leather Habitat Ottoman to develop mould and become ruined over the course of a 14 month storage period. Water /damp definitely crept in as not only was the 3 piece suite ruined but our suitcases full of clothes (only stored for 6 months out of this period) had become damp and also smelt mouldy. We had no idea of this gradual deterioration in our belongings/ otherwise we'd have pulled them out sooner. This facility needs some heating and airing to make sure people's belongings are returned to them in as good condition as they arrived! Not happy.
