As a front line worker he has been absolutely first class and it strikes me that the Royal Mail should be rewarding some of their excellent employees (I can see no place on your website for positive comments regarding particular individuals as part of their professional development). Frazer has gone the extra mile, particularly when some of these rural areas such as great parts of Tattenhall have long driveways, multiple dogs and, of course, during periods of very hot weather.
