M & N SOLICITORS - BIRMINGHAM, WE

This so called solicitors firm is absolutely rubbish I had handed myself in for a petty crime and had to wait 9 hours before being seen by one of there guys, Upon arrival he was poorly dressed and did not look fit to represent me, I then called to confirm my court time and was told early morning 9:30 I traveled 3 hours from where I live to then find out I am due at 2:00 this is unacceptable and nobody should use this firm!!!

I can only reinforce the comment from above-do not use under any circumstances and I really don't know how they even have a licence. They are well known for always being late, unprepared and poor representation. My daughter used this firm and I had to do the chasing and calling them several times asking what is going on. on the day of the court hearing we got there early and they did not arrive. 45 minutes later myself and the court tried to contact them to see what was going on to be told they were not coming. This is the first I have ever seen that happen in 20 yrs and did not even tell us they were not attending or even the courts, their excuse was that they could not get legal aid to which we found out they never even applied. if you have sense , PLEASE BE WARNED TO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES unless you want your child locked up
