Two separate appointments made by McClure solicitors in Birmingham at their convenience. After McCure cancelled the first appointment, on us at last minute due to the solicitor been ill, it took three months until they could see us again. Then, 40 minutes before appointment time on the day, after booking time off work again, travelling 15 miles in rush hour traffic, we receive a call that the solicitor has broken down & is unable to see us yet again. Apparently, no other solicitor was available to step in & see us. Not once, but twice this firm has completely messed us around & cost us a loss in money. This is not acceptable from a company of this size. We would not recommend using this firm. Appalling customer service in our opinion.
