I visited the store today and joined the
queue to pay for my shopping at 1.00 pm. I
stood waiting to go through check out and
left the store at 1.30 p.m. Having taken half
an hour to go through checkout. This is
completely unacceptable. Only half the tills
were manned, every alternative till was
closed. The worst experience I have had in
any supermarket since lock down. There were
more staff on the isles doing shopping for
home delivery than customers trying to do
shopping, not one wearing a mask. On one isle
there were four staff with their massive
shopping trolleys, making it impossible to
get near the shelves on one side of the
isle.
Sort your act out Asda. I have always enjoyed
shopping in your store but this was hard work
and not something I would want to repeat, and
don't blame Covid other supermarkets are
coping so why don't you.
