There is always a queue but the staff work so hard they are always rushed off their feet. Boots management care not one iota about customers. They are culpable and should employ more staff. This isn't going to happen. Boots will lose customers as people start to use the pharmacy in Asda and this should then shorten customer waiting times. Boots management, you need to wake up.
