I telephoned for an appointment on the 8th December and an appointment was made for today the 9th at around 9.00. When the engineer had not turned up at 10 am I telephoned again and had to leave a message asking them to telephone me to let me know if the engineer was still calling and if so, what time approx. As at 2.20 I have not had a phone call or seen the engineer. Not the way to run business
