COUNTY BUILD - RAMSGATE, KE

Took on a project with anticipated completion time of a week. Sent in unskilled workers to carry out the works who had to redo the works several times, still not to the correct standard. Eventually Dave took over and just as unprofessional as the unskilled worker he employed. Dragging out the job, doesn't turn up when he says he will, will not commit to any deadline.
The negligence of County Build has resulted in additional structural engineering costs paid by us as they failed to follow drawings and guidance by the structural engineers at each step, meaning we had to pay for modifications to the design to ensure the support structure put in place would be adequate.
A project which should have taken approximately 1 week, is now 9 months later and still not completed.
After given Dave plenty of opportunity over the past 5 months to get the works completed or refund us, we have had to issue a court claim against him.
