I was served by J*** the store manager and had one of the worst shopping experiences ever. He was rude and extremely unhelpful and condescending . He did not believe that my brand new smart 4 mini was faulty. Eventually he had to admit that it was and it was sent off for 2weeks to be repaired. When I returned to collect it I refused to be served by him and was served by Emma instead. She was delightful. I noticed he was the store manager.. What a joke. He's enough to put me off going there again in case I get him.
