Excellent service , these guys went above and beyond to find and repair a slow puncture and after all their had work they wouldn't take any money for it .... Reece , you were more than helpful , thank you so much .
Ordering on-line was easy, and a lot cheaper
than ordering straight from the depot. The
price included: the tyres, wheel balancing,
old tyre disposal, a life-time guarantee
(though I wasn’t given any additional
paperwork for that) and ‘New valves (cap &
core if TPMS fitted)’. This last item, as
stated and priced (£7.00 for two) I found
confusing, as I expected to receive
completely new valves.
Apparently, if a TPMS (tire pressure
monitoring system) is fitted, they don’t
replace the whole valve – just the
‘internals’ and the cap. I think the
wording should be ‘New valve (cap and core
only, if TPMS fitted)’ with an option/price
to replace all, if preferred. Other than
that, I was very happy with the service
(Henshaw Lane, Yeadon) given from start to
finish.
