LIVEWELL HEALTH - SUTTON COLDFIELD, WE

I am a crossfit-x-trainer fanatic which I have been for a number of years, but with this type of training their are problems I have encountered with various injuries I have picked up along the way. In my recent event that I was competing in, the week of the event I woke up with strained muscle in my back, panic struck in as I had trained hard for this event, I contacted Steve and I booked to see him, I had two treatments during the week, and very good expertise advise in terms of recovery this helped me immensely. As the day of the competition not only was I able to compete but do a PB and win the women's advance category. without Steve I don't think any of that would have been achieved, So I owe it to Steve thank you for your expertise, he is reliable, trustworthy and very good within his field as to the how the body/muscles/tissues etc. I would recommend him 100%.
