Total rubbish. Ordered a carpet in the middle of November. SCS said they could deliver before Christmas, but we were happy to wait until after as we had ordered a suite at the same time and were happy to wait until that was ready for delivery. Middle of January we telephoned them to find out what was happening and were informed the suite was ready for delivery but the carpet had not even been ordered from the manufacturer and would take a further 3 weeks. Eventually that the carpet was delivered - wrong size, informed it would be another 2 weeks for a new carpet! New suite arrives tomorrow, but I'm not holding out much hope! We are having to move all the furniture in and out as they will not fit the carpet with anything in the room. Seems like gross incompetence. Wouldn't use them again. Would be less of an insult if we hadn't paid the full amount for the carpet and suite when the order was placed!
