terms of transparency in pricing and
communication.
A call-out was made to assess a non-working
boiler.
A faulty fuse in the spur socket was
diagnosed as the non-working element.
The inspection, fault finding and fuse
replacement in the socket did not take more
than an hour.
The engineer spent a considerable amount of
time retrieving a fuse from his vehicle;
which ultimately (the company claims) took
the visit over the 1 hour mark for which I
was charged a full additional hour.
Their lack of preparedness and transparency
has cost me money. I do not recommend their
service.
Changed my fuse box to a new one with ecstasy protection. Made a neat and tidy job of it, value for money as u had been quoted two hundred pound more. I would.recommend
