Worst customer service. Purchased a washing machine spent a lot of money had problems with machine damaging clothes cost me nothing but money, had no help from retailer. Advised at time of purchase it was a fabric friendly drum which it isn't and also wasn't advised it was an older model of about 3 years old, if I had known this I would have gone for a different newer model.
