Absolutely disgusting the animals was In filthy cages especially the £900 parrots... you'd think they'd take extra care of them obviously not. There was no fish in the cold water section. The shop floor was disgusting staff was just stood around chatting no help at all. I cannot actually believe how down hill this business has gone these past few years! These new staff and new managers don't have a clue what their doing and it's unfair on the poor animals I hope animal welfare shut them down!
