Delivery driver dropped off my parcel then asked if next door neighbour was in, as I'd just returned myself I didn't see the car outside so I said I don't think so, and excepted the parcel, then I saw the driver and my neighbour in a heated discussion, I went outside and asked the driver to calm down, his response was to ask why and I said you are beginning to lose your patience then he started swearing and I told him that this was unexceptable
