SECURE AIRPORT CAR PARKING - CRAWLEY, WE

We used this company only to be left on the road side our fuel had mysteriously vanished the owner of the company just kept grinning and say they had 24 hr cctv to prove tey didn't use our car or take our fuel
we had 222 mile left in the car when it was picked up from Gatwick airport??
on our return 17th sep 2014 called them from Gatwick and was told 10 mins away
20 mins later a mile away 30 mins later our car need fuel??
an hr later collected and driven to a road side where our car had apparently run out of fuel.
we were told tough and left on the rd side, eventually one of the guys from this compant drove my husband to a garage to get fuel we put fuel in the car and still would not start
then they drove off leaving us on a bend on a very dangerous road.
thankfully a local tree surgeon company came along and helped us push the car to a safe place!! whilst we waited for green flag, it turns out our bonnet was already open and the car had gone into shut down mode due to being jump started, the electric's had to be reset!!
also our dog guard had been removed and it was clear the seat had been put down !!
so what happened to our fuel our car while we were away?
