I have to say I am really impressed with your service, from start to finish you work so efficiently. Our laptop was sent to you and returned fully repaired within 1 week. We're over 200 miles away but that was never an issue and I was kept informed every step of the way.

These days, It's great to deal with a company who have a refreshingly honest
and efficient approach to doing business.
My laptop was collected on the promised day - no special packaging needed as
the courier had a special collection box.
I received a confirmation of delivery the next working day with confirmation
that the engineers would get back to me within 3-5 working days.
They got back to me in day 3 and I was able to have a full and frank
discussion with the engineer who advised me that the machine was beyond
reasonable repair, due to a known motherboard problem. Most helpfully, he
guided me to certain Web blogs on the very same problem other people were
having with the particular model.
His opinion was confirmed in writing with the machine delivered back to me
by day 5.
Because of his advice, I am now taking up the issue with the retailer.
The cost? A very reasonable £25.00 - terrific value and service.
