Very unpleasant experience with this company. The two chimney sweeps who turned up, grim and grimmer, were very rude and patronising. Their attitude hacked me off so much that I was compelled to ring the office and make a complaint. I didn't even receive an apology. This company should stop boasting about its Royal appointment and try to remember that 'ordinary' people deserve the same respect as that given to the queen!
