MANPOWER - CRAWLEY - CRAWLEY, WE

One star is being generous! This branch of Manpower have no clue what they're doing and their poepl skills are non-extistent. Lazy, unresponsive and very poor at their job - don't waste your time, there are far better agencies out there.

Absolute waste of time, empty promises of work that never existed. The window is full of adverts for jobs that aren't real. The advisors are clearly m...s with no concept of how people feel or how desperate people are to work. They are lazy and whenever I visit the branch they are sitting around chatting, waiting for the phone to ring rather that being proactive and chasing work for its staff. The management are a joke and are quite happy to feed you the same lies time after time as to why you haven't worked for 3 weeks. When I started I was assured that they would find me consistent work and in 6 months they I haven't even worked 5 days in a single week yet! They are truly inept at everything they do, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

WORST AGENCY EVER USED, I just do not know how they get contracts with Unilever and other contracts, can't be because they are good as they let their candidates down, the only reason they are still in business is because there rates to the companies that use their awful service are only using manpower because they are cheaper than competition and companies today need to save costs. But eventually companies get wise and agencies like manpower will loose out, they have already closed offices in Croydon, Redhill and some in London and are hanging on because they have some contracts from Unilever - but Unilever will get wise and are always on look out for a better agency.
