After sales care is terrible bought fire, back slate and hearth, fitter came out to measure up, came back two weeks later with fire and hearth no back slate ? Hearth had to be sent back to be built up extra £80 even though he got it wrong, ten days later came back with hearth which was correct this time, back slate which he chipped taking out of his van was six inches short plus forgot to measure for the sides of the fire place and wanted to put white skirting instead he blamed the shop they blamed him got our money back for the slate but the hearth is uneven and the fire rocks and he was rude would not recommend this shop. Had to give it one star would not let me submit review otherwise it would be no stars
We were amazed at the standard of service from the Heating centre as we had had poor service from similar companies, the fireplace was beautiful and the installation was arranged without fuss and all for a great price
