I spoke to a woman on the phone yesterday about a parcel I had to collect and she was the most rude, argumentative, arrogant person I think I've ever had to deal with in regards to a customer service issue. Her communication skills were adverseral to put it mildly. I didn't get her name unfortunately but she should be retrained and her snotty attitude dealt with. Awful.
