Do not use, completely unprofessional. Took one year to evict tenants who weren't referenced properly. No DHSS, no pets, no smokers - we got DHSS, dog who excreted on brand new lounge carpet and smokers and tenant who was verbally and physically abusive. Took 2 months to tell us rent not paid, invalidated my insurance. Used dodgy legal person and not the company I agreed for them to instruct on my behalf. Money owed still. Unclear about deposit and how to claim it as property left unrentable and needs extensive repairs. 8% fully managed let not worth it. Avoid at all costs. No accountability at all. Compliant lodged with The Property Ombudsman.
