This electrical store is the worst one I have had the unfortunate pleasure of using in a long time,the item that was purchased was in fact no good and when trying to return the item, we were told that we couldn't,their returns policy was hidden behind boxes and was not clearly visible,they were rude and very unhelpful. This store is very over priced and not a nice atmosphere at all,i would strongly advise people not to use it.

2.12.20: I purchased through EBAY two PAR38 spotlight bulbs from Ace Electrics of Washwood Heath Road Birmingham. They arrived very promptly. I put one bulb in the light fitting and after about four hours it stopped working. The bulb it replaced had given daily use for several years. I have put the second of the two new bulbs in the light fitting and will hope for the best. There was no paperwork with the new bulbs. The company's telephone is unobtainable and their website details do not show an email address for me to advise them of the problem. So I cannot check where to return the faulty bulb or to request a replacement. What started off as being a promising purchase has turned out to be a problem.
