Top class service. Could easily have sold me a computer but recommended upgrading my own (at considerable less cost!). Recommended onto friends without hesitation.

took my laptop here because of a broken screen only to get it back with screw covers missing ,not put together properly and after a few weeks screen cracked where the screws had been tightened .took it back to shop where he admitted his fault replaced screen and 5 weeks later I got my laptop back only to be told my main board had gone !!!! took laptop home plugged in my desktop screen and guess what IT WORKS !!! SOD ALL WRONG WITH THE MAIN BOARD JUST THE FAULTY SCREEN HE FITTED !!! needless to say I will not be using this repair shop ever again .....

Two people recommended MCE to me so I ignored what I read on this forum and took my laptop there anyway.

When I got it back there was a crack in the screen suround and a screw missing from the case. It stopped working altogether 3 hours later.

I went back to MCE and they gave me a full refund. I offered to let them keep my laptop because it had their replacement parts in it and I couldn't be bothered waiting around for them to take them out.

While I was there I noticed the owner's adolescent son sheepishly taking a PC apart. I suspect that he was the sorce of the poor repair and their variable work quality.

I would quite happily use MCE again but I'd make sure that my machine wasn't there on a Saturday.

I was experiencing problems with my desk top computer and was reluctant to take it to just anyone. I was recommended MCE, and from my initial visit to their shop I was confident that my computer was in safe hands. Within a couple of hours I received a call to inform me of the problem and also the cost to rectify it. Within 24 hours my computer was working better than ever and at a very reasonable cost. I will not hesitate to use MCE again and would definitely recommend friends & family. Well pleased.
