SKIRTING BOARDS DIRECT - BIRMINGHAM, WE

Skirting directing did not deliver when they said and whenever I called them they said they will call me back but new once did. I think this is very poor service considering my order was over £600! Their excuses for not delivering were conflicting as one person told me they were having problems with their sprayer and another informing me of their van playing up. Would not recommend at all.

WISH I had read reviews of other's experiences before placing an order with this company!. Ordered some MDF skirting for our loft conversion. Specifically chose a 25 mm thickness to match the architrave we had ordered (from a different company). Order arrived okay and was within the 7/10 day timescale they had quoted, but what was delivered was the 18 mm thick version, not the 25 mm thick version. Unfortunately this was not apparent until after the builders had fixed it to the walls. I emailed the company regarding the fact that they had sent me the wrong product and I got a response saying that had they not been used they would have substituted them, but as they had been used there was nothing they could do. While not technically true, I thought that was at least reasonable, what I did not think was reasonable was the fact that they completely ignored the fact that I had paid for the more expensive thicker boards and had been delivered the cheaper thinner ones and so at the very least they owed me the difference. That was on the 21st Feb, with a subsequent chaser email sent on the 23rd Feb. It's now March, I have had no response to my emails and still no refund.

Very poor on all aspects. Wasted an immense amount of my time- waiting for non existent couriers (five days in total!) Liars, Cowboys, Fraudsters. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Poor quality parts, make it impossible to get an order rectified. Forced to go along the credit card chargeback route. Reported to trading standards.

Dreadful in all respects. Ordered 31/5/17 expecting two week max lead as stated in bold on the order page. After this several phone calls and failed promises to deliver; the product finally turned up on 30/6/17. Product could not be used on intended project because of delayed delivery. When I check and opened on 17/8/17 for use on an alternative project, the product did not meet description (thinner 22mm not 25mm as described and very poor finish). Phoned to complain today and was referred to terms and conditions and complaint being beyond reasonable time 'twenty eight days in English Law'.

Same as everyone else. Luckily I received some of my order, but one item delivered was incorrect. We have contacted them several times to try to correct the issue. They do not answer emails. By phone we are told every time that it is on its way but it never turns up. We have asked for a refund and been told this has been processed but never received the refund. Terrible service. Please don't use them.
