ACE CARS - BIRMINGHAM, WE

Called on 09/06/16 to ask the Operator how long the wait was, after being asked for my address three times the Operator firstly told me that the wait was 3 minutes then immediately changed his answer to a 20 minute wait, which I was fine with so I ask if i could book the taxi , The operator then told me they were fully booked, i replied saying "If you are fully booked why did you ask me for my address" THE OPERATORS REPLY WAS: "Well you was was being difficult asking silly questions, so now i'm being difficult, I've had a long day at work BAB so "YANO". Firstly, I was not being difficult at all and the only question i asked was the waiting time, which is a normal common question, The operator who's name is "apparently" G*** was completely rude and clearly could not be bothered to do his job properly as he was tired after a LONG SHIFT! (Aren't we all!) G*** the Operator made it clear that i was not getting taxi due to the fact that i had asked the waiting time. He should not be in that job as he clearly does not know how to speak to people or how to deal with a long shift! A complete idiot in my opinion. I also know the owner of the company who is quite professional & I don't think he is aware that his staff do not care for his business and their clients. Definitely will not be calling back due to the lack of customer service and care. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Unless you want to be spoken to like crap.

Excellent service and not a bad word to say, this site is clearly biased as it only posts negative and fake reviews from other platforms and ignores all the good reviews, there are no positive reviews in sight and this company is well renowned locally.

Ordered a taxi , never turned up, phoned to ask where it was and a rude ignorant male said is was pulling up now waited 2 minutes still not there so phoned again, he insisted it was there. I was in an empty road with no traffic around and it obviously was not there, he then put the phone down on me. Called again and he put it down again without speaking. This was ordered from my local social club which give this company a lot of business, I will be making it clear that in future I suggest using a friendlier more reliable company and make sure everyone knows about the disgusting service.
