Nobody ever answers the phone, so if there's an issue with your order you can't speak to anyone to resolve it. I rang three days consecutively to no avail. They're not interested in providing customer service if they don't want to take calls. That leaves the impression the service must be atrocious that they won't answer the phone. Any outlet confident in their standard of service will always answer the telephone. The Pizza Hut app only allows ordering from Birstall and the internet results sometimes take you to the site for Birstall, other times for the Morley branch but, the Morley branch's food offers aren't as good so the customer doesn't get the benefit and Pizza Hut looses customers at a rate of nauts.
