I have finally got most of my medication today ,with thanks to volunteers collecting it for me, but find I am missing 28 lanzoprazal capsules, it's impossible to get through on the phone to them ,so now have to get someone to go back into the chemist ,and hopefully get them for me , we are both vunerable ,people so can't go and queue outside

I have always found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. The head pharmacist is very knowledgeable regarding medicines and other medicinal items. The only downside to this branch is that because they are so small it can sometimes get quite crowded and this can delay getting your prescription sorted out.
Average waiting time is between 5 and 10 minutes, although if very busy this can stretch to 15 or 20 minutes. But the staff will always tell you how long it will take and ask if you wish to wait or call back when it is ready,
They also have a delivery service , this though can be problematic as they sometimes have problems in getting drivers. However when they have the required drivers the service runs very well, they are polite and punctual.
Overall I would say that this chemist is a well run, customer friendly branch and would recommend it to anyone looking for a chemist they can trust and rely on.
BTW :- As an added bonus they are linked to Central Surgery by a flight of stairs, so it's a case of collect your prescription, walk downstairs
and collect your medicine. SIMPLES!!!
