Excellent service. I ordered 2 platters and then a day later needed to add a 3rd to the order which was no problem. All our party guests said what a great idea it was. The classic platter had 4 different sandwiches so there was something for everyone. Sandwiches are carefully packaged and nicely displayed on a plastic tray so you can see straight away what is in them. Sandwiches can be served from the tray and are easily transported in a large carrier bag. I got a text when the order was complete and ready for collection. Hassle free birthday party, hightly recommend Kenilworth Subway.

My daughter was hit on the head by out door parasol owned by Subway Owner, no trained staff, no accident book, no knowledge of having or know where first aid box was, no first aider.
Food maybe ok, lack of staff training on such important matters is not acceptable. Not pointing the finger at the staff, if not trained then they are not to know, Management should be ashamed and understand that cutting corners can be costly, Subway area manager should be all over this poorly managed franchise and bring the management to task.
So glad a member from the district council was on hand to witness and note all the failings.
Things do happen and there is no excuse for a obvious total disregard for Health and Safety.
