Excellence is all I can say
This home proofs to be one of the best Ive
ever seen. Staff are the best.
As a current resident ,I feel I have to reply
to a few of the negative and rude reviews
here..
1...the lady who was told by"someone"that
their relative had been pulled into an
upright position...obviously it was not a
carer,but a resident...this however has to be
taken with I pinch of salt as the poor souls
are in their own world .I can honestly say I
have not seen any violence to the
patients...I have however seen compassion and
care towards every patient,including me.
2...the complaints about not being able to
visit...my reply?GOOD...the management are
working so hard to keep everyone
safe...surely that's a good thing?
3...wouldn't put their dogs in here...this is
an affront to people who live here...there
must be some very pampered pooches around
here...where were the dogs put?the
Savoy?Claridges?...the standard of
cleanliness is second to none...and the food
is varied and good..
3...it's not very nice to single out people
who cannot defend themselves...but have found
the manager to be kindness personified...I
take it as a personal insult to people who I
now class as dear friends...if it wasnt for
how I am looked after here I wouldn't be able
to post this review...so my advice is to put
your loved ones here ...they wont be looked
after better anywhere...I can only say that I
wont name the person but she has looked after
me so well it's like being cared for by your
mum ...thank you haven ..you truly are a
marvellous place
