Failure of one of our Robot Coupe mixers landed us with a potential replacement bill of £2.8k. We despatched it to BBS for a no-cost appraisal and received excellent service. For less £100 it was repaired, tested and safely despatched back to us. Swift, professional and superb value. I highly commend this company and the service provided by Martyn and his team.

I ordered a juicer attachment for my Magimix. DPD notified of the one hour time slot for delivery but did not deliver. The driver said there was no one in although we were in all day. He did not put a card through the door or phone my mobile. I rearranged delivery but when I realised it was the same DPD driver I phoned BBS because I was concerned the driver may not bother to deliver the item again. I asked for BBS to refund my delivery charge since the delivery had gone wrong and the manager that I spoke to refused to do this. He said he would get the item returned to BBS and completely cancel the order. This manager was rude and put the phone down on me while I was still speaking to him. I SUGGEST BBS RECONSIDER THEIR DELIVERY OPTIONS RATHER THAN CAUSE THEIR CUSTOMERS INCONVENIENCE AND CHARGE FOR A SERVICE WHICH THEY DON'T DELIVER ON!!

Dreadful rude service. Machine in for repair, when in questioned if this would actually fix the problem as it was the second time the machine was in off repair in a month ... I was rewarded with rudeness and him putting down the phone ... Be very careful when deciding yo order from these people ...
