We made a large purchase of doors and skirting for our entire house costing in excess of £22,500. 00. This product is made in Spain and whilst our order was probably made & dispatched in a timely fashion, SWD Bespoke took over five months from date of order to arranging installation. We found the product extremely poor and the installation by SWD was appalling resulting in numerous issues including erratic site attendance. Two sets of double doors were so miss matched they were an eyesore. Numerous nail holes to secure the product could still be seen from a distance after they had been filled. SWD were given numerous opportunties to rectify the issues and failed. The product and services were rejected under Consumer Rights Act. SWD refused to accept our claim. We eventually secured the return of our funds from our Credit Card Company under Section 75. We would not recommend.
