DO MOTORBIKES - WALLINGTON, SU

A big thank you to DO Motorbikes for rescuing me where the A*, B******'s "provided" recovery and local H**** main dealerships couldn't. In freezing rain, the week before Christmas, with a blown regulator - the best I could hope for was a 5 hour wait for recovery and no prospect of a fix that side of the New Year; the day was looking particularly grim. A call to DO earlier in the day had established they were keen to help but currently committed on other work.... "but if you're stuck, call us back and we'll see what we can do" One of the guys rode out with 2 spare, charged batteries; carried out a quick check to confirm the problem and rode back to the work shop as my wing man. The bike was stripped, and preped while I tracked down a regulator and was then given a lift to get it. Scooped up and back on the road again in 2 1/2 hours. Fellas - many thanks for your efforts. Independent garages are the way forward. The "Can Do attitude" trumps the rest.
