Absolutely appalled by the customer service provided by the kebab centre. When we called to order our food we enquired about the meal deal which we told included a chicken kebab, a can of soft drink and chips and would cost £4. When our food arrived there were no chips and we had been charged for the drinks separately. We then called to resolve the matter and found the staff to be very rude. They told us the meal was in fact £6, which still didn't explain why we hadn't received the meal deals we ordered. They then refused to send us the 6 portions they hadn't given us. Overall our experience was dreadful, we will not be going to the Kebab Centre again and would encourage others to avoid it. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give it.
