Went to use the 2Outdoor Lloyds ATM's at Lloyds Bank Sutton Surrey on July 8th 2020 and the screens were so dirty that the data was unreadable -almost had to use the functions blind and was relieved when the transaction was completed and my direct debit card was returned . In the previous fortnight the CashPoint delivered the cash instruction £10 light which was a surprise!! Overall the Sutton Branch is not a enjoyable experience in normal times -always long queues and the Manageress will walk past those types of tailbacks and take no notice whatsoever!! It seems understaffed and persuades one quite often to use the Banstead Branch instead. However the complaints mentioned above all took place at the Sutton Branch.
