No stars. DO NOT LET HIS SON DARYL ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HOUSE. I live in Bedworth and employed this company to do a refit on a bathroom for one of my brothers houses which he rents out. My brother has very bad anxiety and cannot deal with stress. well because he mentioned Bedworth I thought I would find someone helpful and would get the job done. It was awful from start to not finished. First of all he said it would take a few days longer than first stated which I was fine with because he needed other materials which I hadn't got, but it went from it will be finished one day till the next because a shower was out of stock to no it won't be finished then it will be the following week. He was taking money from my brother everyday (my brother just kept handing it over he just wanted the job finished). The last day I spoke to Daryl I went round to the house, which to me didn't look like everything had been done for over a week and he informed me the shower was still out of stock and he was going on holiday the following day for a few days but yet again it would be towards the end of the following week, this had been going on for thee weeks with him saying this! He wanted paying for that nights work I said I'll speak to my brother. All that weekend he was chasing for the money even though he was supposed to be in Benidorm. Then on the Monday morning the tenant rang me and told me that he was supposed to have gone round Monday lunchtime because he had left her with no hot water all weekend! Hadn't turned up and phone switched off. At this point I went round there called an emergency plumber who found the bit on the floor which Daryl had removed to stop the hot water and pointed out all the bits that were not right. I sent him a message told him I did not want him working on the property anymore and asked for all the receipts for Materials and the outstanding shower and flooring. He has had out of brother £3,500.00. I have receipts for £500.00 and we managed to get back just over £800.00, just a little over £1,200.00. My brother had to pay out again to get the work up to some sort of state that was a useable bathroom. I'm absolutely disgusted by this company. My sister put it on Facebook to get some of the money back but was threatened by different family members (which we knew) I was threatened with the police for basically complaining. I have been informed since that Daryl was drinking on the job. His dad was ringing me at all hours drunk. Disgusting company do not use
