I am a landlord with a few properties in
Ipswich. I used LJH to do all electric . Ljh
checked and repaired one of the properties at
49 Rosebery Rd. According to LJH the safety
certificate was issued and sent to the estate
agent Abbots .When new tenant moved in
recently I asked Abbots for the certificate
they said LJH didn't send it. I contacted LJH
and they said they would look into it but
since then there was no response. There was
no electricity when new tenant moved in and I
have no choice but to get another electrician
to repair it. I don't trust LJH anymore. I am
still waiting for the certificate they are
suppose to resend to me.
