brilliant service,good pricing,wouldnt go anywhere else

Very disappointed Booked car in for service to include full/intermediate work agreed by garage at agreed price over a week ago. Garage called to say work completed and car ready however when I go to collect and pay I am informed rear brakes require replacing asked why not done, their reply was we did not realise car had automatic hand brake and we don't have the equipment to do the work although this was not mentioned to me when I booked car in even though the checked their screen to check what car it was (there supposed to be the experts). Now I have to go elswhere to have the work done and pay additional Labour charges, I feel conned and cheated. When challenged, all they could come up with was they did not think the brakes would need doing but they never thought of telling the customer so they could make an informed decision to have the service done there or not. What adds insult to injury there own website states they specialise in all car servicing with full independent servicing for all makes and models. What a joke. Beware before you part with your cash and ensure you ask what they are going to do and what they can't and get it in writing.
