I am an AP Manager and so cannot make any comment about the actual product. However, my dealings with the payments aspect of the relationship we have with Long Range have been fantastic. The communication levels are incredibly high - responses to queries have assisted in resolving issues very promptly. I have found the people are fun to deal whilst maintaining an excellent, professional approach to their business. If other aspects of their business are as engaging, you really can't go wrong bringing them on board as one of your preferred external stakeholders.
I have been using LRS to purchase our two way radios for a while now, I have found the customer service and communication brilliant. Any queries I have had have been resolved very quickly and the products which were recommended are very good and ideal for their purpose. I would highly recommend this company.
